Tim Burton @ The MoMA

Tim Burton is my childhood.
Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, Pee Wee’s Big Adventure, Batman. These are the movies I’ve loved for years. I watch them over and over and they never fail to delight or entertain me.
I will be the first in theatres when Alice In Wonderland opens, just as I was with Sweeney Todd, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Big Fish.
Tim Burton IS my animator, filmmaker and storyteller of choice.
SO WHY HAVEN’T I BEEN TO THE MOMA YET!
Every weekend, I plan to go. Tickets to his exhibition are hugely popular, and must be reserved prior to arrival.
Turns out that Tim Burton is A LOT of people’s animator, filmmaker and storyteller of choice. And all this time I thought his stories were made just for me!
I have two months left and I’m freaking out.
Tim Burton @ the MoMA closes on April 26th.
True Burton babies, you can’t miss this amazing exhibition!
I know I won’t.
