…and finally, here are our last few goals — for now!
7) I will assume Responsibility for my FEELINGS. I will accept that I make a choice to have an emotion.
I will accept that everything I do in life is for myself. I will stop apologizing. I will take care of myself first, for only then can I be truly useful and loving to someone else.
Well, these need more discussion don’t they? We had a long discussion in class just to narrow our goals down to these topics. Hopefully, students will comment on the blog and add their wonderfully insightful thoughts on their own journeys. That will be something to look forward to.
