Our Audition Process
To be accepted in the Professional Training Programs you must pass an audition. Don't worry if you've never done this before - an actor with no experience but tons of raw talent has as good a chance of impressing us as anyone.
The requirements for the Professional Training Programs auditions are as follows:
• 2 Contemporary, Contrasting Monologues (e.g., one comedic and one dramatic piece) fully memorized
• Approximately 1 minute per piece
• Legitimate Source Material (i.e., a published or produced piece; from film, television, or theatre)
• Age appropriate
To participate in our auditions, simply find the city closest to you from the list below. If you are near New York City, or planning a visit, auditions can often be held to accommodate your schedule. If you are unable to attend an audition event or live abroad, please contact the admissions office regarding the submission of an audition via DVD. All applicants auditioning will be considered for scholarships.
Please call our admissions office at 888.645.0030 ext. 4080 or click here to reserve your spot.
